The year 2023 is another year for us showcase another mind-blowing edition of the xetoto arts festival which is the African tradition edition in partnership with the Keta Municipal Assembly’s Defia Fair, Arts and Culture. This edition is slated to
take place on 30th October to 5th of November 2023, with a pre-launch in October 2023.
